Avocado and Serrano Chili Sauce

A creamy and mildly spicy sauce that will delight your guests. It is perfect to accompany all kinds of dishes since it gives them a spicy touch that nobody can resist.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of avocado chopped
  • 5 pieces of chile serrano cut
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients until you get a medium thick cream.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a stone molcajete at the center of the table.

    TIPS
