Make your own butter with herbs and flavor your dishes, bread, etc.!

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1/2 kilos unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sage, fresh chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix the butter with the finely chopped herbs with a wooden spoon.
Put the mixture on plastic kitchen paper (egapack) and form a 5 cm diameter roll.
Refrigerate until firm, or put in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To serve, remove the plastic paper (egapack) and cut into slices with a sharp knife.

TIPS

Use this butter for pasta, meat, chicken, corn, etc.
