Ingredients

  • 1/4 of kilo of tomato
  • 1/4 of kilo of tomatillo
  • 4 habanero peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt

    Preparation

    Roast the tomatoes, milpa tomatillos, habanero peppers and garlic cloves. Then liquefy them very well, season with salt.

    TIPS

    You can also prepare it in molcajete, first grinding the garlic and chilies with salt, and little by little, adding the tomatoes and tomatillos until you make a sauce of martajada.
