  • 250 grams manchego cheese
  • enough chicken consommé
  • 40 green grapes, peeled without seed
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • enough black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

In a pan, melt the butter and add the corn starch, continuing to mix until a pastit is made.
Blend all the ingredients and reserve 10 grapes to decorate.
Add the mixture to the pan and mix with a balloon constantly until it thickens, salt and pepper to taste.
