Preparation
The garlic is cut into strips, the chiles are lightly toasted, their tails are removed, they are deveined and cut into thin strips. The tomato is peeled and itchy.
Chop the coriander and the epazote, in a pan heat the oil and pour the garlic to brown well then add the chopped tomato add salt and the chiles in strips is left to season 5 minutes over low heat.
Empty the epazote and cilantro and leave for 3 more minutes.
