Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/3 cups walnut
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or maple honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the nuts on a baking sheet with wax paper and bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Take out of the oven and let them cool.
Once they are cold, rub the nuts with your hands or with the help of a cotton towel to remove the brown skin you have.
Put the nuts in a blender and process until they are finely chopped. Add 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice, mustard, honey, oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend until it has a creamy consistency. If it is too thick you can add a little more water, from 1 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon so it does not get too liquid.
