Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups White wine vinegar, or red wine
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed finely
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/3 cups fresh herb, finely chopped (parsley, basil, oregano, coriander, dill and / or chives)

Preparation

In a small bowl mix the vinegar, shallot and garlic.
Stir with the oil until it has a creamy consistency.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the fresh herbs.
Test and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
