Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 can smoked oyster
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

In a glass, add the whole egg, 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of sunflower oil.
Insert the hand blender to the bottom. We begin to liquefy.
When you hear that the blender makes a noise different from the one that started the process, at that moment we start to lift little by little so that it is mixed with the oils (make it little by little ... if we do it suddenly the mayonnaise will come out very liquid)
Once it takes a white color and a thick consistency, only at this time add the oyster can and continue beating until reaching the desired consistency. Pepper and salt to taste.

PRESENTATION

Decorate your mayonnaise with spices, parsley leaves or whatever you can think of.

TIPS
