Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/3 cups Hibiscus flower
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Grind the dried jamaica flower in the blender until a fine powder is obtained.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended. *
If you need more liquid you can add 2 more tablespoons of aeite.
