Delicious fresh dressing to use with your favorite salad. This dressing is something different that will delight everyone who tastes it; the mixture of jamaica flower, garlic, chile serrano and soy sauce is perfect to create the best accompaniment for your salads. Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/3 of Cup of Hibiscus flower
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of vinegar
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce

    Preparation

    Grind the dried jamaica flower in the blender until a fine powder is obtained.
    Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended. *
    If you need more liquid you can add 2 more tablespoons of aeite.

    TIPS

    * Serrano chili and soy sauce are optional. ** At this moment is when you can decide to add serrano pepper and soy sauce; remember that soy sauce is salty.
