Ingredients

1 serving
  • 4 spoonfuls of soy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of coarse grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons of cider vinegar
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 200 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    In a blender mix the soy milk, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar and garlic.
    Add the oil inside the blender little by little. When it is finished it must have a thick consistency.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put it in the refrigerator until you go to occupy it.
