This olive oil is flavored with rosemary. You can use it to cook, to flavor the bread or for a salad

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 liters extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh rosemary

Preparation

Separate the branches of rosemary.
Put oil and rosemary in a pot. Leave on the stove but only with the pilot on. (What you are looking for is not that it was cooked just to warm it so that the rosemary can remove its odors)

PRESENTATION

You can use it with the branches of rosemary or you can strain it.

TIPS

If your stove does not have a pilot, light the stove as low as possible and leave the pot aside.
