This is an organic homemade jam and can be made from practically any fruit. It is a delicious and healthy marmalade perfect to spread on bread to accompany breakfast.

Preparation
Chop the fruit of which you want to prepare the jam.
Add the fruit together with the 300 gr of sugar in a saucepan.
Add the zest of the 2 lemons or 1 orange to the saucepan.
Mix and with a high flame caramelize the sugar and cook the fruit a bit until it begins to boil a little.
Brown the cinnamon segments a little.
Once it reaches a boil and the sugar is a little caramelized, leave it to simmer for about 10 minutes. moving / beating a bit to avoid burning.
Once past 10 min. you will get a color a little darker the preparation. At this point you have to let it cool and ready we have a homemade jam.
