A rich peanut sauce with chile de árbol that is very good with any meat and snack, besides it is very simple to prepare. Give that spicy touch to all the dishes you prepare.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 35 pieces of peanut peeled
  • 9 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 Cube of chicken bouillon

    Preparation

    Remove the tails to the tree chili and the veins, peel the peanuts.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan, because it is hot, fry the peppers while moving so they do not burn. Remove the chiles and let them cool.
    Fry the peanuts until golden brown; move them constantly so they do not burn. Remove the peanuts and let them cool.
    Reserve the oil.
    Blend the chilies and peanuts, put half a cube of chicken bouillon powder. Add the water.
    Heat the oil we use to fry the chilies and peanuts, pour the sauce and let it cook for a few minutes. Rectify seasoning.
    Serve in a bowl and go.

    TIPS

    You can add more peanuts if you want it thicker.
