Salsa for Pimiento de Pimiento Morrón

This sauce is very simple to prepare and ideal to get out of trouble for when you need a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Red pepper with his juice
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of monterrey cheese or mozarella to grind the pasta
  • 600 grams of pasta of your choice

    Preparation

    In a blender put the red pepper can with its juice and add a cup of liquid cream.
    Stir well and add salt to taste. Try and add more salt or cream if necessary.
    Prepare the pasta as indicated on the package and when ready, add to the sauce and stir.
    Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
    Place in the oven to cook for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
