You can prepare this sauce to accompany that delicious pozole on Sundays.

Ingredients

  • 6 dried chile de árbol peppers
  • 3 tomatoes, medium
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Fry the chiles lightly.
Fry the tomato with the garlic for 5 minutes and grind everything in the blender adding the vinegar only with the necessary water to facilitate the operation.

PRESENTATION

Serve without brewing.
