In a saucepan dd water, plum, apricot and jamaica. Cook for 10 minutes.
Place this mixture into a blender and add a little of the cooking water. Add sugar, salt and chili powder.
Blend the mixture until the desired consistency is obtained.
Heat this mixture for 3 minutes.
Once the chamoy is cold, add the juice of an orange and the juice of 3 lemons. Stir and serve.
