Ingredients

  • 2 Chile Apple
  • 1 twig fresh coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • onions, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Roast the tomatoes and chili until they are cooked. You remove the seeds of the chiles. Grind the onion and garlic into the molcajete, crushing them with the tejolote. You start grinding tomatoes and chiles one by one. Finally, grind the cilantro and add the salt.

PRESENTATION

Serves directly in the molcajete.

TIPS

Coriander is not forced to be very ground.
