Mexican sauce made with stone molcajete, is a traditional recipe that has passed down from generation to generation in my family. The molcajete gives a very special flavor to the sauce, making it delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Chile Apple
  • 1 twig of coriander
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • onions to taste
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Roast the tomatoes and chili until they are cooked. You remove the seeds of the chiles. Grind the onion and garlic into the molcajete, crushing them with the tejolote. You start grinding tomatoes and chiles one by one. Finally, grind the cilantro and add the salt.
