Mexican green sauce but this time molcajeteada. The molcajete adds a different flavor to the sauce. It tastes delicious!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 green tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 dark beer

Preparation

Put the tomatoes in a pan. After 5-10 minutes, put the cloves of garlic, chilies and onion (cut in half). Leave them to be cooked.
When everything is cooked, add the beer and heat until the beer is completely reduced.
Remove from heat and let cool a little. In a molcajete make the sauce. Remember that you should scrape well with the edges of the molcajete so that you get the taste of the stone.

Serves in sauce boats.

You can put more chiles if you want it more spicy.
