Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ancho chile
  • 4 whole pepper
  • 2 whole cloves

  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 10 leaves oregano
  • salt

Preparation

The chiles are drizzled with the alcohol (drinkable) and they are toasted until they are black, they are soaked in hot water, they drain very well and they are ground with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor. It mixes very well and keeps refrigerated until the moment of using it.
