Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Boil the chiles with the water in a pot over high heat for 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and let them cool a little.
Blend the chilies with the rest of the ingredients very well, if necessary add a little more cooking liquid so that it has the consistency of sauce,
Strain the sauce and place it in a bottle.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bottle and accompany with chips.

TIPS

Use the chiles that you like the most. You can make it very spicy with habanero pepper.
