Preparation
Wash all vegetables except garlic.
Leave the comal or pan on the heat until it is very hot.
Put the peppers, garlic, tomato and onion on the comal until they burn a little or change color, about 10 to 15 minutes. Place what is already cooked in the glass of the blender.
Blend the ingredients already cooked for 1 minute at high speed.
Pour the sauce into a glass or mud sauce boat and decorate with the coriander leaves.
