Preparation
Place cream in a bowl and add sugar.
Mix with electric mixer or otherwise by hand for approximately 20 minutes until the cream is firm.
Add the vanilla essence and mix just enough so that it is distributed evenly.
Place in the refrigerator and serve well cold.
