Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 liter milk cream

Preparation

Place cream in a bowl and add sugar.
Mix with electric mixer or otherwise by hand for approximately 20 minutes until the cream is firm.
Add the vanilla essence and mix just enough so that it is distributed evenly.
Place in the refrigerator and serve well cold.

Muy bueno y práctico Solo hay que tratarlo para que se estabilice con un poco de agua fría y un sobrecito de grenetina, para que la forma del decorado se mantenga por mucho mas tiempo ( ojo de no guardar, decorar inmediatamente ).
