Do you want to try new salsa in your food but you can not think of that? Prepare this cranberry sauce with which you can accompany any dish.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon kuzu root starch
  • 100 milliliters cranberry juice, concentrate (for cranberry sauce)
  • 1/2 cups cranberry

Preparation

Dissolve the kuzu in the concentrated cranberry juice and then bring the fire to a boil. When this happens, lower the heat to a minimum and continue stirring for five minutes. You will see how the consistency will be increasingly dense. Reservation.
Add some cranberries at the end.
