Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 4 anchovies
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 4 tablespoons no sugar natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • to taste salt, to taste

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix anchovy fillets, chopped capers, mustard, egg yolk and garlic. Beat quickly.
Add the oil and continue beating.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt and season with salt.
The refrigerator can be stored in a toper for 1-2 days.

TIPS

If you do not want to use the raw egg, you can boil it for 2 minutes and use the semi-cooked yolk.
