Preparation
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and brown the garlic.
Add the Italian pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the vodka and the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2 more minutes.
