Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 white potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Preparation

The potatoes are washed and peeled.
They are cut in the desired way (like French fries or slices).
In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the oil, salt and paprika.
Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the potatoes in 2 baking sheets and bake until lightly browned and crispy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in paper cone with mayonnaise.

TIPS

Check the potatoes every 10 minutes so they do not go away. You can use other spices to give more variety to the recipe.
