Preparation
Pre warm the oven to 210 degrees Celsius.
Mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl.
In another bowl mix the egg and milk and beat.
Add the okra to the egg and milk mixture and allow it to marinate for 3-5 minutes.
Now place the okra in the mixture of cornstarch and empaniza. Now place in a baking tray previously greased with cooking spray.
Bake for 40 minutes and serve.
