Baked Potatoes with Bacon

Prepare these rich baked potatoes with bacon and a Manchego cheese sauce that will be the sensation of the place. They are simple and delicious, and the milk and cream Santa Clara give them a creamy texture and a lot of flavor. Perfect to accompany a main course or eat them alone.

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1/4 cups Santa Clara® Cream
  • 1/3 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough chinese parsley


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Chop the potatoes with a wooden stick, cook in boiling water with butter and salt for 30 minutes. Cool

Muy facil lo hise 2 veses porque la primera vez la salsa se corto ya segunda quedo muy sabrosa mi salsa la papa la hornie pero use jamon np tocino quedo muy rica gracias por la reseta.
