6 portions
  • 2 kilos White potato
  • 90 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 2 branches rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease a baking pan.
Cut the potatoes with a knife or mandolin into thin slices. Reservation.
