Ingredients

4 portions
  • 95 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, in pieces
  • 2 cups pinto beans, whole cooked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 bacon
  • 1 cup pork rind
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Turn on the charcoal, once the flame is no longer so strong, place a grill on the charcoal and arrange the pan.
Fry the onion and bacon in the oil in a pan, add the beans, let them boil and season with salt.
Serve on a plate and add the pork rinds, avocado, chile serrano and tomato.
Add the cream cheese into pieces.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with flour or corn tortillas.
