Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cups of SOS® Black Bean Querétaro
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
  • 1/3 of Cup of coriander
  • 1/2 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 pinch of chilli powder

    Preparation

    Place the SOS® Black Queretaro Bean in an express pot with water.
    Let them boil, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes.
    Crush the beans to a smooth consistency.
    Add the cumin, salt and cilantro; mix well.
    Form balls with your hands and place them on waxed paper.
    Press with the palm of your hand on the paper to form pancakes.
    Heat the oil in a large skillet.
    Fry the pancakes for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
    Mix the yogurt, milk and chili powder.
    Serve the sauce on the hot pancakes.
