Preparation
Place the SOS® Black Queretaro Bean in an express pot with water.
Let them boil, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes.
Crush the beans to a smooth consistency.
Add the cumin, salt and cilantro; mix well.
Form balls with your hands and place them on waxed paper.
Press with the palm of your hand on the paper to form pancakes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Fry the pancakes for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
