Preparation
Cook the beans with the oil and onion. When they are cooked, add salt to season and boil for 10 minutes. Grind 1/4 of the beans in the blender, reserve.
In a clay pot (preferably) put to heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chorizo until golden brown, add the onion that is chopped and cook until acitrone. Add the tomato, chili and last the carnitas. Let season 15 minutes over medium heat and add the whole beans.
Stew the ground beans with a little oil, cumin and cilantro. Boil for 10 minutes and add this preparation to the previous one.
Mix well and serve hot.
