Preparation
Heat a pan with the lard, add the onion with the chorizo and garlic, cook until the chorizo is golden, add the tomato, cook 5 minutes more.
Add the beans and mix well, mash all the ingredients until you obtain a puree or a soft paste, use the bean broth to make it easier. Cook until the broth is reduced.
Add the chihuahua cheese so that it melts. Season to your liking, serve and decorate with serrano pepper, epazote leaves and chorizo.
