Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon cut into small cubes and fried
  • 2 spoonfuls of purple Onion
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 2 bunches of pumpkin flower clean
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of Mexican Style Bimbo® Empanizer
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 1 piece of avocado for dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander for dressing
  • 1 piece of habañero pepper Roast for dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for dressing

    Preparation

    For the filling, in a bowl mix the Oaxaca cheese with the cream cheese, the bacon, the purple onion, season with pepper salt and reserve. Place the stuffing in a plastic bag and cut a bank.
