Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon cut into small cubes and fried
  • 2 spoonfuls of red onion
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 bunches of squash blossom clean
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of Bimbo® Bread Crumbs Mexican Style
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 1 piece of avocado for seasoning
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander for seasoning
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper Roast for dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for seasoning

    Preparation

    For the filling, in a bowl mix the Oaxaca cheese with the cream cheese, the bacon, the purple onion, season with pepper salt and reserve. Place the stuffing in a plastic bag and cut a bank.
    On a table stuffed pumpkin flowers with the previous preparation closes well and reserves.
    Blossom the flowers by immersing them in eggs and passing them through the Bimbo® Mexican Style Blender, repeating the process until completing the breading of all the flowers.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and cook the squash flowers until crispy and golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Blend all the ingredients of the dressing until you get a smooth preparation, season to your liking with salt and pepper and reserve.
