  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 6 cups broccoli, without the stems
  • 1 cup red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 teaspoons table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and red pepper; cook for 30 seconds.
Incorporates broccoli and red pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper.
