Separate the twigs, cut the trunks and put them in the microwave with a little water and salt for 3 minutes.
Cut the onion into small pieces leaving the layers of onion to separate. To achieve this, make sure to cut it in half lengthwise before setting out to slice the segments.
For the vinaigrette: put on a plate vinegar, garlic, minced, salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt and dijon mustard. Stir everything
Serve the broccoli and onion with the vinaigrette on top either as an accompaniment or as a snack.
