Delicious snack of potatoes with a touch of lemon, butter and chili.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo potato cambray
  • 1 bar butter with salt
  • 10 lemons, juice
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 3 tablespoons chicken consommé

Preparation

Boil the potatoes (previously washed) in salted water.
The juice of the 10 lemons is liquefied, with the 3 mountain chiles and the 3 tablespoons of chicken broth.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and add the butter stick. With the same heat of the potatoes the butter melts.
With the help of a strainer, add what you liquefied, let it boil ... and profit!

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the bowl with the potatoes with some sprigs of parsley. Do not forget to serve them with juice.

TIPS

They are ideal for children's parties, they do not sting and they have a very pleasant acid taste. You can use them as garnish, for a roast meat.
