  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or vegetable
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, Juliana

Preparation

Wash the cambray chips very well
In the container you will use to bake, place the potatoes and season them with the salt and pepper to taste
Place the butter in such a way that when it melts cover the potatoes.
Leave to bake until they are soft inside.
Once they are ready, sprinkle the cilantro evenly.
