  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of Panela cheese cut into cubes
  • enough of fresh oregano to serve
  • enough of avocado cut into segments, to accompany
  • enough of red sauce To accompany
  • enough of Corn tortillas To accompany

Preparation

Using a knife, cut the nopales into strips and cook them in a pot over medium heat with water and baking soda for 10 minutes. Remove and strain.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo ​​until it loosens the fat and lightly browns, add the onion, the cactus season with oregano, salt and pepper to your liking and cook 10 minutes.
