  • 2 cups sausage
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • enough fresh oregano, to serve
  • enough avocado, cut into segments, to accompany
  • enough red sauce, To accompany
  • enough corn tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

Using a knife, cut the nopales into strips and cook them in a pot over medium heat with water and baking soda for 10 minutes. Remove and strain.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo ​​until it loosens the fat and lightly browns, add the onion, the cactus season with oregano, salt and pepper to your liking and cook 10 minutes.

TIPS
