Preparation
Using a knife, cut the nopales into strips and cook them in a pot over medium heat with water and baking soda for 10 minutes. Remove and strain.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo until it loosens the fat and lightly browns, add the onion, the cactus season with oregano, salt and pepper to your liking and cook 10 minutes.
Serve your nopalitos accompanied by panela cheese, fresh oregano, avocado, make a small taco and serve with sauce.
