Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 leeks, cut in julienne
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon zataar spice blend

Preparation

Melt the butter in a medium skillet.
Add the pores, maple syrup and zatar.
Cook slowly for 20 minutes or until caramelized.
