Delicious carb-free cauliflower-based taboule prepared with parsley, fresh tomato, red onion, garlic flavored with olive oil, yellow lemon and a spicy touch of chili flakes. This combination is super fresh and low in calories.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 2 tomatoes, diced, small
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, yellow
  • 2 teaspoons chili flake
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Add the Cauliflower Eva® Bits in a bowl.
Add the tomato, parsley, red onion, yellow pepper to the bowl, mix well and season with olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Mix well to integrate flavors and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the preparation accompanied by toasts if you wish and with drops of olive oil.
