Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 2 tomatoes, diced, small
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice, yellow
  • 2 teaspoons chili flake
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Add the Eva® Cauliflower Bits in a bowl.
Add the tomato, parsley, purple onion, yellow pepper to the bowl, mix well and season with olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Mix well to integrate flavors and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the preparation accompanied by tostaditas if you wish and with droplets of olive oil.
