Chard rolls stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon a very simple delight to prepare. They are perfect to accompany with a little white rice or to eat them as garnish of a dish with meat, chicken or fish.

Preparation
In a bowl of hot water place the chard without stems until they are soft. Drain them and with a sheet box, form a taquito filled with one or two strips of cheese.
Wrap with a strip of bacon, each taquito.
In a frying pan, add a bed of onion and tomato, then the rolls, season to taste and close with a tomato and onion bed. Leave to cook over low heat.
