Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup bacon, diced
  • 1 cup sausage, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sausage, chopped in cubes
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups pinto beans, cooked
  • 2 cups beans soup
  • 1/2 cups pork rind, chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup epazote, fried leaves, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a deep pot over medium heat and fry the bacon with the chorizo ​​until they are cooked. Add the onion and cook until transparent, then the garlic, the sausage, the jalapeño peppers, the beans and the broth. Cook for 10 minutes or until it boils.
Add the pork crackling and fresh coriander, season to your liking.
Serve the beans on a plate and decorate with fried epazote leaves, chile serrano and a bit of chopped pork rind. Enjoy
