A stuffing option for Christmas turkey, this chestnut stuffing recipe will delight everyone!

Ingredients

0 portions
  • 6 cups baguette, diced, from the day before and browned in the oven
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 branches celery, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sage, fresh and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 kilo chestnut, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped

Preparation

In the butter, sauté the onion and celery. Add the herbs, let the vegetables are tender
Add the chestnuts and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the bread and parsley
Spice with salt and pepper

PRESENTATION

When the turkey is one hour away, add the stuffing.

TIPS

It can be made a day before and stored in the refrigerator
