A delicious oriental rice that your family will love. Chinese rice is made with rice, egg, chicken and vegetables and is a complete meal.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 cups sushi rice
  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 3 carrots, Finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 zucchini, finely chopped
  • 2 cups soybean germ
  • 3 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce

Preparation

Chop the chicken finely and mix with the soy sauce.
Beat the eggs and cook them in a hot pan with a little oil, chop and reserve.
Fry the onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes, add the chicken and fry 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve hot.
In the same pan add oil and fry the other vegetables and when ready to take out of the fire.
Heat a large pan to put 2 tablespoons of oil, add the rice and move a minute. Season with salt and move 2 more minutes.
Put the onion, chicken, egg and vegetables and mix carefully. Serve with soy sauce.

Describes muy mal tu receta, no dar las indicaciones adecuadamente y el huevo tiene que ponerse con todo junto para que todo se pegue.
