A rich and traditional Mexican recipe that is customary to eat at Christmas. To cook the romeritos you have to boil them with water and a little salt.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of rosemary clean and cooked
  • 500 grams of potato peeled and boiled
  • 1 Cup of shrimp dry without the shell
  • 500 milliliters of chicken soup
  • 3 pieces of pasilla chili pepper roasted
  • 3 pieces of ancho chili pepper roasted
  • 1/4 of Cup of roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond toasted
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin
  • 1 branch of cinnamon
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    Blend chicken broth with chilies, raisins, peanuts, almonds, cinnamon sticks, salt and pepper.
    Strain the sauce and set aside.
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sauce for 10 minutes.
    Add the romeritos, the potatoes, the shrimp, the salpimenta and the simmer the mole until it starts to boil.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve as an accompaniment to Christmas dishes.

    TIPS

    If you do not have time to make the sauce, you can use mole sauce that they sell in supermarkets.

    A través de iOS Independientemente de la flojera o el tiempo, el sabor del mole es único por las múltiples especias que tiene y saberlo escoger le da mejor sabor, sobre los NOPALES, sabe muy bueno igual que sin nopales o hasta vegetariano en vez del camarón sustituirlo...indiscutiblemente que el caldo de pollo le quita lo fino platino navideño, eso de mezclar pollo con camarones y posiblemente pavo, pierde lo fino.
