The coditos gratinados are a classic do not hesitate to prepare this garnish of creamy coditos based on a white sauce with a touch of delicious nutmeg, gratinated with parmesan cheese and crushed bread that will give an exceptional crispy. Accompany your dishes with this garnish that will go incredible to any dish that you prepare. Or you can eat them alone too, they will be a success.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine Primavera® Kitchen Without Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 200 grams elbows pasta, Cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons bread crumbs

Preparation

1. Melt the Margarine Primavera® Cook in a pot and add Maizena® Regular Cornstarch, cook for 1 minute over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
2. Pour the milk little by little moving constantly to avoid lumps forming.
3. Season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, and nutmeg. Cook until thick.
4. Place the coditos (already cooked) in a refractory oven previously greased and bathe with white sauce.
5. Sprinkle with the Pamesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until au gratin.
6. Serve
