Preparation
In a medium-sized pot heat the water over medium heat until it boils. Add couscous and remove from heat. Cover and let the couscous cook in the boiling water for 5 minutes. The couscous must absorb all the water.
With a fork sponge the couscous and add the onion and remaining ingredients. It serves.
