Ingredients

6 portions

  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped

  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken consommé
  • 1 can mushroom, sliced ​​moderately
  • 1/4 cups dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 cups Turkey, chopped
  • 1 cup Ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 6 crepes

Preparation

Sauté the echallot, carrot and celery. Add the flour and leave a few minutes. Add the chicken stock, the mushroom liquid, the wine and lower the heat. Leave for 10 minutes

Beat the remaining cream until it is hard, add the sauce and put on top of the crepes

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the crepes and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
